PROPOSALS FOR A NEW SCOTTISH PARLIAMENT

You are invited to submit a written proposal for an event, work of art, or some other kind of artistic, social or political intervention for a new Scottish Parliament.

None of these proposals will be realised: they are in this sense ‘without day’. Freed from any physical or temporal limitations they can be visionary, suggest the smallest physical intervention, or present an idea without physical form.

Proposals should be a text of no more than 750 words. There is no limit to the number of proposals an individual can submit.

An anthology, Without Day, containing a selection of proposals, was published in 2000.

A selection of new proposals will appear as a web-book on the website in the future.
